CANCELLATION POLICY - FROM ARRIVAL DATE
PAYMENT METHODS A 30% Deposit is required when booking The payment method for the deposit is by bank transfer The payment details will be e-mailed once we confirm availability
Once you receive our e-mail confirming availability, inorder to validate your reservation we require, within 48 hours (2 working days), a copy of the bank transfer faxed over to us.
All prices are in Euros and are based on a weekly basis (from saturday to saturday); if you would like to book for a period inferior to 1 week you need to contact us directly. All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, water and one change of bed-linens and towels per week (any extra change is to be considered extra). The apartements will be available from 3.00 pm of the arrival day and will have to be vacated by 10.00 am of departure day. PERIODS Period A : • from the 5th January to the 16th May ( festivity not included ) • from the 20th September to the 19th December Period B : • from the 17th May to the 4th July • from the 23rd August to the 19th September • from the 20th December to the 2nd January 2009 (Last Week of December not included) Period C : • from the 5th July to the 22nd August
