CANCELLATION POLICY - FROM ARRIVAL DATE
PAYMENT METHODS A 30% Deposit is required when booking The payment method for the deposit is by bank transfer The payment details will be e-mailed once we confirm availability
Once you receive our e-mail confirming availability, inorder to validate your reservation we require, within 48 hours (2 working days), a copy of the bank transfer faxed over to us.
All prices are in Euros and are based on a weekly basis (from saturday to saturday); if you would like to book for a period inferior to 1 week you need to contact us directly. All prices are inclusive of gas, electricity, water and one change of bed-linens and towels per week (any extra change is to be considered extra). The apartements will be available from 3.00 pm of the arrival day and will have to be vacated by 10.00 am of departure day. PERIODS Period A : • from the 9th January to the 14th May ( festivity not included ) • from the 18th September to the 17th December Period B : • from the 15th May to the 2nd July • from the 21st August to the 17th September • from the 18th December to the 8th January 2011 (Last Week of December not included) Period C : • from the 3rd July to the 20th August
